I'm glad to hear you're feeling better, but you make dang good and sure you REALLY are. Issues have a way of burying themselves and popping up at the most unexpected and inopportune times. I think I said before, get yourself a journal and write till your hand gets numb. Empty out all the weird, bad, negative, unpleasant stuff into it, then HIDE IT!!! You don't want someone coming upon it, not understanding what it is for and why you've said the things you did, and then freaking out.

 

I told you, this too shall pass and you are strong enough to endure. Talk to SOMEONE, even if it's to talk to us. But ultimately, as someone else said, we can give you all the good advice in the world (and some bad I'm sure, lol) but it's up to YOU to make the change. We support positive change and continue to have faith in you. NO MORE CUTTING!!! :verymad:
