Fire, reload, fire. I'd like the reload time to be 5 2.5 seconds. And I'd like the damage to be roughly 1.5 times the damage of the Anti-Material Rifle.Sorry if I haven't provided enough info for this. I'm pretty new with making requests. A reload every shot is fine, but there aren't enough heavy targets like tanks in New Vegas to justify using something that will turn a standard human into a little pile of meat in daily sniping. Well, I plan on taking on an army of deathclaws, followed by everyone who is enemies with the Legion, and I don't think an SMG will be good enough.
