spacedout11 Posted August 7, 2015 Share Posted August 7, 2015 ok , i have iobit game booster 3 it does the job on a 1.5 ghz processor , but now that i have windows 8.1 the game booster causes it to go into a error , like thread exception not handled. i have tried almost everything. i would like to know from some users what is the best game booster? From doing a bit of searching about the web, these kind of "booster" applications tend to make no difference for performance. Here's a performance benchmark example: http://www.howtogeek.com/171734/benchmarked-will-a-game-booster-improve-your-pc-gaming-performance/ You can largely achieve everything that the Razer application is doing by yourself, but if you like the convenience of a launcher like that, there's nothing wrong with it.
