everytime i started the game, it crashes immeliately. above is a list of my installed mods, could that be the problem?

 

note that im not using steam. also, the game ran normally before dead money dlc is released to pc.

 

And the fact that you aren't using Steam to validate a legitimate copy of the game is why a) it crashes, and b) your account is banned.

"not using steam" do you mean using FOMM to launch not steam? since you list NVSE mods on it, but your load order has been shifted make sure falloutNV.esm is first

OP is a pirate, Steam is required whether you get it on a disc or even from D2D.

This title installs and requires a 3rd party client install to play.

As has been said - ALL legal versions of Fallout New Vegas require Steam. No matter where or when you bought it.
