M48A5
First you need to group your .esm together, starting with Fallout 3.esm with the other after. You cannot use both of the optional restore tracers, only one will be displayed in the game. Disable one and delete it. StreetLights-Wasteland.esp is redundant as it is included in StreetLights.esm, as stated on the mod page. Mod pages are wonderful reads. You can gain a lot of information from them. You do not need ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated! installed. You already have it with FOMM. Do you see the button on the right "Toggle Invalidation"? That is what the button does. You cannot use both.
