Strange mesh to miss

A missing mesh bug seems obvious enough, but mine is quite weird as the mesh that is missing is for the Amber and Madness Armor list scrolls. In other words, when I enter either the Crucible or Bliss Smithy, on the left, there is a GIANT yellow spike circle saying that there is a mesh missing. Disable that allows for normal gameplay (Cutter and Dumag still give you another copy of the list, though I don't dare drop it out of fear of another yellow spike circle), but to use the disable command every time I play a new game gets weird. Does anyone have a solution? And a minor problem of low priority, but if you have some thoughts, please share.

The first thing to check is that you are missing any other SI meshes. If only the one, then suspect an override by some mod in your list. A mod list might be helpful, preferably taken from Wrye Bash and posted inside spoiler/code tags.
