Mod Manager Launch Problem

we got a problem here people, anyone know how to fix this? or even what it is?

 

I have attached a screenshot of the error, can anyone help?

 

it keeps showing up every time I go to launch the mod manager, I choose Skyrim as the game (why the hell wouldn't you? right?!) and then this comes up and it wont launch.

From what I can see:

1. NMM isn't the problem, you're using LOOT and that's the problem.

2. Your chances of getting help are higher if you use the correct forum, I'm getting tired of this, it isn't breaking any rules of course but it'll help you out.

 

 

Here's how you can fix your error:

1. Learn how to use TES 5 Edit, if you don't have it get it from the Nexus mods website. YouTube is the easy way to learning how to use it.

2. Run LOOT, tell it to arrange your plugins, apply it.

3. Clean the master files that need cleaning, this helps fix errors and speeds up your Skyrim significantly.
