Attack Animations in Slow Motion?

So I have this weird glitch in my new load where when I attack (Dual Swords) I attack in slow motion. Bow animations and the sprinting forward attack animation is normal but not just the normal attack. The actual hit isn't registered till later on in the animation and my stamina is drained during the entire process of the animation. (Perkus Maximus).

I have tried messing with Immersive Animations (Uninstalled during the copy of this load order, still slow mo). I have reinstalled XPMSE a few times. I have never forgotten a FNIS generate... So I can't figure it out.

If there is anything I should get rid of just let me know. Also this is all right after a brand new install of Skyrim. (Then violated with all my mods that I had stored in NMM)

So I kinda figured it out. I don't know what caused it but something was putting my ActorValue, (left)weaponspeedmult value down. For any of you who have this problem a good fix is to just type in these two commands:

player.setav weaponspeedmult 1

player.setav leftweaponspeedmult 1

And you are good till it is set back which I have not tested long enough to see if it does.

okie dokie. so i just got this bug while starting a new game with some new mods. inside the helgen keep when you first get attacked by the imperials, i noticed that both myself and ralof (the npc 'follower') were swinging our one handed swords really slowly but the imperials were swinging normally.

I suspect i just didn't run my patchers properly, or it could have been some wierd MCM menu toggle i clicked on while in the 'second chance' room with the statue of mara, before choosing vanilla start.

The wierd thing is, when i used console to get a two handed weapon it swung fine. wierd eh?

anyways, i'm running my patchers properly and am going to try to load the game and see if it's fixed, plus start a new game if that fails to see if that works...

okay, so loading last save still had the bug. starting new game doesn't have the bug.

TL;DR- so, the culprit is either a botched proccer sequence after you fiddle with a simple mod, OR there's some weird MCM or console command i used to cause the bug in the first place.

sonofabitch...i just found it. It's the Weapons and Armors Attributes mod. soon as i activated this mod in MCM and exited (i was checking each mod as i started a new game) the menu i got the slow motion swing effect with the iron sword i'd given myself.

The mod's MCM has a toggle: "attack speed fix" which is off by default. i enabled it and after a glitchy first swing the iron sword functioned normally with no slow motion.

Whether or not this prevents Ralof from having the same problem i'll have to test immediately after loading that old save from helgen. hopefully i can continue from that point.
