Help with Red Triangles, Crash, and load order.

I have 168 mods and decided to add about 30 more and I started having problems. My new game crashes everytime I leave the out skirts of vault 101. I use an alternate start mode. I also im seeing big red triangles. My load order is below. I have read its a mesh or texture problem. I have fallout script editor,Fomm, FO3edit, I create a merged patch with it and I get 2 error codes after it is created not before, but I can't find what they mean.I need help figuring out what to do.

Trim your load order back to what you had before you added more mods. You should consider yourself lucky if you can load the game with 168 mods active. When you have done that, do not use LOOT to sort your load order.

 

Go back to the Blackened page and read the instructions for using the Mart's Mutant Mod patch.

 

Go back to the FO3 Wanderer's Edition mod page and read the load order at the bottom of the page.
