Game Crashing Mainly on Loading a Save, But If It Loads it Crashes Later

Ok, so I have been working on modding my skyrim for many hours, at times it has worked, but recently it has been crashing more and more often and now I cant even play (actually just always crashes after loading a save, but isnt related to cleaning the save as I have already tried that). I feel I have done just about everything correctly in the modding process, and I have been working on making the game work more than I have been playing (which at this point is all I want to do). Here is my load order if anyone can give me any help, I'm too confused at this point, and It's past 3AM when posting this so Im a bit too tired to go on tonight.

Edit: The game itself didn't have problems until recently, and I'm not sure what I had changed to make it stop crashing. The game took nearly no time to load as my computer is pretty strong, but now it takes several minutes for the game to load at minimum settings with no change in graphics mods, and my computer recognizes that skyrim doesnt respond as it loads. Then after playing at minimum settings for a while the game will land up crashing randomly. I'm pretty damn confused. I also recently tried updating my mods and to the newer version of skse to make the game work to no real avail.

Edit: This load order was obtained through a combination of Loot and Wrye Bash, I also use Tes5edit for mod cleaning.

If anyone can help me figure this out it would be great, if not does anybody know a good way to start a fresh slate? I hadnt't known how to mod the game when I started compiling this list and I'm not sure what kind of mistakes I might have made in the process, so I am thinking of doing a wipe and starting over (though I want wiping everything to be a last resort).

Hi

Man I feel your pain! I do know a few things though looking at your mod list and that is big sound overhauls like sos can be trouble as they effect every cell in the game also any mods that add more spawns, change lods or that are heavily scripted should be avoided unless you tried and tested them extensively yourself . Also did you clean your game files with tes5dit? this can give you a far more stable vanilla game to begin modding with. Anyway good luck hope you get it sorted.

Do you have the SKSE memory patch enabled in SKSE.ini? Is it possible you need to set larger values?

Install Memory Blocks Log, and play until you crash, then find the log (should be in skse/plugins/logs and figure out if your memory blocks are the size you set them, and if they were full at the time when you crashed (the end of the log).
