Wings 3D Modelling Question

I am modelling a sailboat and can't for the life of me work out how to fill a space between vertices that don't sare the same plane. Please find a picture of my 3D model at:

The red shows the boundaries of a foredeck I'd like to fill. But I can't join A to B or any other vertices that don't share an existing plane. Should I be intersecting a plane with the hull and subtracting somehow?

Any help or pointers would be gratefully received ...

I can't seem to get the link to work. I'm a little rusty but I've used 3ds max for messing about with armor. If you're using blender, sorry but I couldn't help you. Try using google to search for 3d modeling tutorials, there are quite a few excellent ones out there for Maya, 3DS Max, blender, Z-Brush or whatever program you're using. It's been a year or so but I recall there were quite a few 3D Modeling tutorials for blender and Oblivion floating around.

The link is cut off so I can't see your example either, but in Blender you can select 3 or more vertices and press 'F' to create a face. Depending on how big your model is that could take a while doing it one face at a time. I usually use the Extrude tool when I'm modeling objects. You make one section then extrude it, or pull it like taffy. It creates the faces as you go.

(Edit) I just realized you posted Wings 3D in the title. If that's another program then I don't know how it works, sorry.
