Because in some areas the npcs doesn t cross certains zones wich in the clean mod they did... am not sure if is this th issue but it s seems like it, i am using the latest xEdit plugin. Then again they also said they made merged MCM menus work, which isn't the case, but navmesh copying was supposedly fixed a long time ago. I think it's probably fine.
