Fallout 3 freezes at level up.

I've done some searches to help figure out why my game freezes on level up, but have come up with more questions than answers. I am not particularly well versed in these matters. I have run my list through loot and found no issues.

My particular issue is that the game freezes as soon as I finish the perk screen for the level up. I have not had any issues prior to this and I am going form 9 to 10. My load list is below.

You cannot use FOOK and Fallout Wanderer's Edition in the same game. Choose one or the other.

 

If you decide to use Fallout Wanderer's Edition, you do not need two optional restore tracers. Only one that is loaded last will work.

 

With the way your load order is scrambled, I can't tell if you are missing any compatibility patches.

 

For MTC Wasteland Travelers, use only one of the optional files.

 

You really need to get your load order corrected. Start by reading the mod pages for the overhaul mods. There is usually a load order sample on the description page.
