Is there any conflict problems in this load order?

Well....

1. It's a lot of mods. Many players using mods suspect the upper limit for the usable number of mods to be anywhere from 140 to 150. But, this also seems to depend on what mods are being used. You have some big ones in there.

2. As nice, and fun, as the *Cold Deck* mod is, I've never had any luck with either version. It caused me to stutter and crash often, especially when entering or exiting.

3. Although I'm assuming you were using FOMM, whenever possible, to add mods; you may also want to get FNVedit. It will assist you in adjusting load order, and to create a patch for the mods to work together. Some mods rely on other mods being loaded before them.

4. Having all four pre-packs is fishy. Fishy as in high seas. High seas as in pira........

That is a lot of mods. Ones I'd check would be Fook, and make sure Electro city is not too high up. I think I have that lower in my load order. I have a lot too and have heard that 150 is probably the limit. I get stutters now, even with a good rig. Sometimes I have CTD for no reason, especially at the 4 hour mark. When I've been playing for 4 hours, I can just about bank on a CTD. Remember the last mod loaded will change/influence all the ones above it, if they are similar in function.

 

The Cold Deck shop across from McCarren worked fine, but the new version on the strip, caused my doors between each section of the strip to stop working, thus I had to uninstall that version.

 

If it helps, here is my load order and active/inactive mods. Those active are all working pretty much in harmony right now, with the exception of the notes above. Running the NVMM Load Order Report gave me the suggestion you see below my initial load order. I haven't changed it, but I'll consider it if I run into problems. Thus, another way to check your load order is to let NVMM do it for you.
