Stuttering Issue for Operation Anchorage Specifically?

FOSE v1.2 beta2 provides support for:
Retail DVD and Steam builds 1.0.0.15, 1.1.0.35, both versions of 1.4.0.6, 1.5.0.22, 1.6.0.3 and 1.7.0.3. The no-gore version of 1.7.0.3 released in Germany is also supported.
GECK builds 1.1.0.36 and 1.5.0.19.

From the start and use of said software, your game was doomed to ever use that...you can not rip that out of the saved games data base.

 

I can not either. I can not use software written in English to decrypt this.

 

you some how installed German language packs ? :geek:

 

I have zero German software here, the only source for what shows up when the game loads up is your saved game.

because of this, data can not be faked, I can not be faked out..rather the machine can't lie....IT shows the code I need to see and why the game is faulting....I am here to locate a bug or a problem and use expensive things to do that.

 

Your game loaded up, and that's what popped up.

you wanted help with what seemed to be something simple...hidden...well? there it is.

this is what you have installed and is trapped in that data base. .the saved game archive is a data base that saves all that there is going on.

there are only 3 listed applications here on the nexus

That means you downloaded and installed it..that means the game is German.

What i will do is remove all Fose related mods from this load order and just clear it of that and then progress a bit and see If I can dislodge any more Irregularities , if so I can upload this back too you purged of the offensive code.

 

delete casm and reinstall it. but prior to running the game again, load up the mods in tesedit and verify that casm is indeed English..cuz it could actually be a server issue....if so...well then LOL, that might explain a lot of things.

 

WMK is a cool Vanilla package made for fose. IT will run continuously....the scripts.

So yeah, after troubleshooting and testing ive come to the conclusion that FOSE makes my game stutter in Operation Anchorage. i have no idea why, it just does. when i run regular fallout3.exe OA runs just fine. so what im gonna do is just disable all FOSE required mods and beat the DLC without em, then reenable them when im done with OA. This is the only solution i can come up with because playing OA with all that stutter is nearly impossible. Thanks anyway you guys for all the help. =]

what tools have you used in fallout 3?

something sort of mashed up so data here...it's jibberish as it reads...as if another mod was mixed up with the wrong type of data, I thought at first it was t-snip...but it's not....T-snip can't read it.

 

I does how ever resemble corrupted code. like a bad download...missing data.

 

I have all the mods, some mods "had" bad *.nif files red as *.NIF by xedit...identifies code it can not read.

 

so I opened up a few in nifscope that land in the target zone " Anchorage.esm". to find it's not there.

leads me to look at something else I don't use.

Tools we use are Nifscope, Fomm, Tools built into Fomm, tesedit all versions, wrybash, gary bash and some older app's used in Oblivion too.

Photoshop has a code that is ledge-able and remains in files, that's not it.

 

14mm stuff from FWE is not it . It looks like what seems to be a bad port from something?

a script calls on this code as it calls on all code for weapons and armor if xp is high enough...right in that spot is where i found this info in your saved game.

 

so. if you used a tool from another game on your mods, or you downloaded a mod they used in this manner, that would explain this junk I found.

It makes the game just plain stutter, flat out...I isolated it, copied it into an esm blank and loaded it up against fallout3.esm alone and replicated the action outside vault 101.

 

Stutter vile USA.

check all packages downloaded with crc verification's.

Ok then I'll stop with this. saw the post. you have a mod made with older versions of fose and they are being mixed with newer versions where the code has been changed.

 

I love this " Engineers love to change things". What ever floats their boat.
