Stuttering Issue for Operation Anchorage Specifically?

its fine lol....but out of curiosity, based on what you have found, what would you do if you were in my shoes?

exactly what your doing now..finish the DLC and hope you "can continue".

 

there is no doubt what's at fault.

tesedit can't read / copy fose scripting...that hasn't happened yet.

 

when it does ! it's a whole new ball game. merge fanatics' including me will just plain go nut's !

massive merges will take place, all of this will start all over a new !

 

that's what change brings with it.

 

I may seem wacky, crazy or even silly....I get the job done.

I can make patches based on any Vanilla game blind folded and not even need to test them...Know they will work...no matter what.

 

But I also know my limit's too. when I remember the mod's name I'll post it here, but in spring-vale, there sits a vertabird and a scout ..sort of.

 

depends on what mods are loaded, this guy, this guard is invincible, can not be bargained with, can not die, can not be killed or even consoled out of the game....why this is ...is due to the combination of code controlling this one NPC. and he is Enclave...and He is not Hostile,,,his argo gets reset even if you try to kill it, later , when you return , you can walk right up and start a conversation with it....or start over.....killing it, trying to kill what can't be killed.

 

seeing this happen in front of your own eye's is the only way you ever can believe it. but that, see it made me a believer in the games code, DRM capabilities.

the set up to enable the kill factors were Carefully modified files. All mesh bsa's extracted in order of install to separate folders so matching plugin names...zero sound or voice files touched with exception of DLC content, no way to avoid that.

 

Fomm bsa creator used to replace default texture and mesh bsa's so to be 1 MB in size. but allow the game engine to parse the code, Empty as it was.

PYffi stand alone installed and ( "NOT" ) use on the following :

  1. no creatures
  2. no NPC's
  3. No armors
  4. No weapons.

once done...optimized using an optimizer for the textures..ran as the programs own default settings...which it will set up on it's own when you install .....it.

 

A truck load of room....now...I already tried to get this out and failed miserably because the information was abused....and you can only blame me for it.

MNC's data will be in the line of fire, we don't care...here's why...you all want to have extreme largest size graphics enhancements you can lay your paws on because when all of this is done, your games code will all match perfectly and be inline with Bethesda code base.

PYffi uses each systems own graphics limiters...your PC's drivers and cards settings...so no sharing of this data got it ?

there are some codes missing because the mods are gone from the networks, though won't effect the code mentioned, just lacks some luster.

Acrophobia Zombie mod was one. ? something like that.

AbodeRealm Home mod. Gone....the one here is not it.

keep in mind what each mod does and sort according to that...NPC's will appear correctly if sorted correctly or will just not be there.

 

there was or is no need for any patch work here if done correctly.

you want things tough, I can oblige , no problem.
