Kajio3033
http://s26.postimg.org/b98nnc7ex/Verify_code_correct.jpg Is correct ?I'm not sure exactly what you're asking, but the name and date are correct and the screenshot appears to be where I made the save. Immediately to the right is a fire with the heat haze (but it's practically all over the place in Whiterun).
Purr4me
I have posted shots of these things, of these things I can find no blurred effects or drops in frame rates.

It's a subtle effect, so it might not be obvious from a screencap.

Kajio3033
more details needed here?I'm not sure what other details I can provide. Unless I'm mistaken and this effect is added by some mod, despite me not using any fire effect mods, and disabling said mod still doesn't remove the effect? Purr4me
step to the right of the urn there and stare at the tree shadows on the ground, for a minute and tell me if that is what your talking about.....what your about to witness is called shadow castings...a script that throttles continuously....look at the ground thru the leaves. watch it. Shadows are adjusted out side of the game VIA launcher settings or graphics card settings. rate of frames are controlled from the main weather effects. all mods draw from there to Either Enhance these effects or subdue them. It distorts things behind it, makes it kinda looks like things are wavy. I hadn't thought about it as I'm not playing a spellcaster, but the effect comes off of your hands when you've got the Flames spell equipped. I also have looked up some videos of vanilla Skyrim, the effect is indeed in vanilla.
