Oblivion crashes to desktop, when loading a save/newgame

When I run Oblivon I try and load my save but it crashes to the desktop with no error, also if I try to start a new game it does the same thing load for a bit then crash to desktop.

Heres my Load order. I use BOSS to sort it. I got the OBSE and OBMM

ok i read through all the instructions checked boss install and deleted some mods that conflicted, now i am able to load and start a new game. but a new problem came up was that when lets the rats or assassins at the start die/killed they turn green, i have no idea what to do. heres my new load oder hope it helps in some way.

You need to use Wrye Bash and create a Bashed Patch when using FCOM.

 

You also have FCOM_OscurosOverhaul.esp installed with MMM. That should only be used without MMM.
