MidbossVyers Posted March 22, 2011 Share Posted March 22, 2011 (edited) Looking at the enchantments for Hrormir's Icestaff, I found Frost and Light rather useful, but why would one want to give their enemy the power of Chameleon? Could someone re-enchant Hrormir's Icestaff without the Chameleon enchantment, as well as strengthening the other enchantments, such as increasing the damage of Frost? Possible suggestions: OPTION A (vanilla minus chameleon)Frost Damage 10 pts in 30 ft on TargetLight 30 ft for 30 sec on TargetTotal cost: 95 OPTION B:Frost Damage 30 pts in 30 ft on TargetWeakness to Frost 100% in 30 ft for 3 sec on TargetLight 30 ft for 30 sec on TargetTotal cost: 461 (!) OPTION CFrost Damage 30 pts in 10 ft on TargetWeakness to Frost 100% in 30 ft for 3 sec on TargetLight 30 ft for 30 sec on TargetTotal cost: 202 OPTION DFrost Damage 50 pts on TargetWeakness to Frost 100% for 3 sec on TargetLight 30 ft for 30 sec on TargetTotal cost: 232 OPTION EFrost Damage 50 pts on TargetWeakness to Frost 100% for 20 sec on TargetLight 30 ft for 30 sec on TargetTotal cost: 273 ...or come up with anything else you like. As you can see, the area of effect has a huge effect on the the spell cost. While it could be made ulltra powerful, it's not fun using an entire lesser soul gem every you use the staff. If you don't mind getting a bit cheaty, I can make the charges used anything you like - even 0. I'll also increase the number of charges to something higher, like 1600 (grand soul gem) or whatever you specify.
