[Akame ga Kill] Roman Artillery: Pumpkin (and other things)

So, I recently got into Akame ga Kill after watching it on Toonami. Even though it looks like something that would be far more suited to Skyrim than New Vegas, there's a surprising amount of content that wouldn't look too out of place in the Mojave Wasteland. In particular, there's one weapon that immediately caught my attention: Mine's weapon of choice, a rifle with the rather odd name of Pumpkin. Check it out for yourself (under the spoilers, naturally):

According to Pumpkin's description on the Akame ga Kill Wikia:

It could gather spirit energy and fire it in a concentrated shockwave. One of its main properties is that its power and range increased in proportion to the level of danger its user was in. It was capable of rapid-fire burst shots of spirit energy and had detachable high tech scouter in a compartment that fit around the user's eye. It also had a scope for sniping. It had multiple parts that can be used to modify its power.

Its trump card was a blasting beam so overwhelming that it could act like a giant blade, cutting anything in its path. This power was unleashed according to how passionate the emotions of its user are, but it overheated Pumpkin, rendering it unusable for a while. However, Mine was able to keep proper maintenance of Pumpkin, eventually enabling her to use the trump card repeatedly without overheating the Teigu.

In New Vegas terms: Energy weapon, long range, capable of automatic fire, moddable. I don't know how to properly simulate the whole "power and range increase as danger increases" thing, but I suppose you could just reload it with overcharged, max charge, or optimized microfusion cells.

As far as other Teigu/Imperial Arms go: Murasame as a katana with a damage-over-time effect similar to Ant's Sting, Incursio and Grand Chariot as armor with all sorts of nice passive abilities, Rubicante as an enhanced version of the flamer or incinerator, Perfector as a scientist glove that can give a bonus to Medicine, Adramelech as an enhanced zap glove. Given that the Teigu are described as rare and powerful artifacts in the Akame ga Kill universe, their New Vegas could be reasonably refluffed as pre-War prototypes recently rediscovered in the Mojave Wasteland.

While we're still on the topic of Akame ga Kill, how about some clothes to go with all those weapons? At the very least, we need Esdeath's uniform:

Akame's own outfit wouldn't be too bad either:

For everyone else, there's the image galleries at the Akame ga Kill Wikia for reference use.
