Random Loss of AP

Hey, has anyone else had this problem; where you lose AP when holding certain guns? (such as the 357 revolver or the MP5 (mod)). Here's my load order if that helps, Issue Resolved, thanks Fonger

Yes, thank you. I realised that I have the Weapon Repair Master perk, which lowers AP and repairs your gun.
