kibblesticks Posted March 25, 2011 Share Posted March 25, 2011 It's just my Opinion, but I think turning everything in fallout into something modern would just ruin the game. And a post-apoc fiction doesn't have to be 100% gloomy, what about The Road Warrior? And I think Fallout 3 and New Vegas are post-post apocalyptic, because it's been 100 years, not 10. Civilization has started rebuilding pretty well at this point, so I don't think it's need to be so, gloomy. But, that's my opinion. It would be a mod, so it could be activated or deactivated... The idea isn't to dismiss the original game, but rather to create an alternate world that bears more of a resemblance to our own. I love the feel of fallout, but I think it would be a very interesting experience to walk around a post apocolyptic "modern" world. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
