Hi, here is a tip to save the wear and tear on your wrists, go into your sock drawer and grab the two thickest pairs of socks you own. Roll them up into pairs respectivly. Put one pair in front of the action keys to the left of your keyboard and the second pair in front of your mouse! You can now play for days or weeks on end! Best Wishes Zapata935

For the rich, a gel wrist rest does the same job more hygienically - but the socks are a good tip

"For the rich"? You can get those at Wal-Mart for cheap!

Here is another tip, just follow these instruction:

 

1. Extend arm straight out in front of you

2. Make fists

3. Slowly rotate clockwise 5x, then counter 5x

4. Stop still making fists

5. Bend at the wrist up hold, now down and hold

6. Slowly repeat step 5 5-10x as necessary

7. When done, relax (means no wrist activity)
