If you are using just NifSkope, you need to do this:

 

  1. Open the NIF with NifSkope
  2. Right-click the NiTriStrips block and select Transform --> Edit
  3. For the Rotation coordinates, modify the appropriate control (Y, P or R) by increasing or decreasing the value to obtain the desired rotation and click Accept.
  4. Repeat the process for each NiTriStrips block of the model but if there are additional objects, be sure to write down the coordinates that made the 1st one look good so you can apply the exact same rotation to each object.
  5. You might also want to enable Havok view so you can see if the havok model needs to be modified as well (Render --> Show Havok)
  6. Now that I think about it (have not tried it though), it might be easier to modify the rotation value of the entire scene...Select the root NiNode with the value of "Scene Root" and look in the Block Details section at the bottom. You will see Rotation along with Y, P and R values.
