I got the file to export from XBM to TGA but when I open it in GIMP the picture is just a purple box with a yellow line through it. So I bypassed the export and took the TGA file from my uncooked folder edited that then Imported back to a XBM file. Its seems to work fine but the eye is not as vibrant as I like it to be. Call me narcotic but I want things to be legit as possible. Was it ok to do it the way I did or should I try and keep Exporting the XBM file to TGA? Would there be any difference if I just grabbed that TGA file like I did? My main goal is to get the texture glowing. Any insight would be much appreciated.
