MidbossVyers
One time I used OBMM to activate an .esp and exited out. When I re-entered, ALL of my OMODs were deactivated. Their corresponding .esps were still active, but their associated OMOD was unknown. The color of the squares next to the OMODS, some of them were green indicating that activating it won't cause any overwrites, some red indicating potential overwrites, but most were a new color that I've never seen before, black. Should I reactivate the OMODS or should I just leave them alone for now? Edited March 26, 2011 by MidbossVyers
Hickory
A black OMOD indicates that it will overwrite an existing esp plugin. This fits with what you say about the esps being active but not the OMODs. In a situation like this, I would ask myself why it happened, and uninstall OBMM completely -- remove EVERYTHING except the \Oblivion\obmm\mods\ folder and it's contents... everything. Then reinstall OBMM and reactivate your OMODs, ignoring the conflicts and warnings. Be very careful to ALWAYS close OBMM after activating, building, deactivating OMODS -- OBMM has a very bad failing in that it does not do any cleaning up housework until you quit the application, that's why it's important to activate/quit/activate/quit/activate/quit... you get the picture.
