Lots of graphics problems with very few mods

My game is on max settings, I have QTP3 installed, and I have Archive Invalidation installed. That's it for graphics-changing mods.

This was right near the water in the Waterfront District.

Ren the game from the launcher and in options set it to Ultra High to reset your graphics. In game, check your video settings and ensure that either/or (NOT BOTH) HDR or Bloom are enabled -- HDR is better. With HDR, disable AA and force it through your Windows graphics control panel.

 

Right, now that's out of the way, you need to sort your load order out. Do this, and in this order:

 

Close OBMM

Run BOSS to sort your load order out.

Rebuild your Bashed Patch

Run TES4LODGen

Ren the game from the launcher and in options set it to Ultra High to reset your graphics. In game, check your video settings and ensure that either/or (NOT BOTH) HDR or Bloom are enabled -- HDR is better. With HDR, disable AA and force it through your Windows graphics control panel.

Doing this fixed all of the problems. Thank you for the help.
