Game won't start (Probably OBSE Related)

I've been working for 4 hours trying to get my freaking game to run, and I'm starting to get REALLY irritated. I've already Googled everything. My game won't start probably because of a mod conflict, possibly my load order. My screen goes black for a second then just goes back to my desktop. I've tried downloading BOSS, but it just gives me this stupid message saying:

 

"ERROR: file 'BOSS\BOSSlog.html' could not be accessed for writing; check the Troubleshooting section of the ReadMe for more information and possible solutions

Press ENTER to quit..."

 

I read the troubleshooting guide, it told me to make the folder not Read-only. Every time I do that, it just switches back to read only.

 

Here's my load order. Help me please, I'm tired of trying to sort this sh*t out, I just want to play the f*cking game with my mods.

Oh yeah, some other things. The game didn't start to not run until after I installed Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul via OBMM. The only mod I installed before this was Male Body Replacer V4 and it's also the only mod I installed manually, rather than by OMOD.

check the troubleshooting section of the boss readme

 

and you will discover that you have a severe infection of UAC

 

that you have not taken care of.

 

go no further until you have solved this issue

 

 

 

BTW you don't have Vile Lair or Frostcrag installed.

Right Click on BOSS.exe and 'Run as Administrator'... that worked for me.
