VaultBoy1O6
Hello I ordered an Alienware M11x with 4 GB of Ram, a 250 GB hard drive, and last and probably least, an 1.3 ghz intel core 2 duo processor (overclockable to 1.7 ghz). Now I am worried, due to the requirements of the game, that I won't be able to play Fallout New Vegas smoothly. So I am asking you, will I, even with the weak CPU, be able to play FNV at all? I have seen one promising video on YouTube, but a lot of discouraging things as well. I am hoping someone will be able to give me a straight answer. Fonger
smoothly is more a function of the video and less a function of the CPU but a 2 core 1.7ghz will play the game at 1.3 its a good bit slow http://www.ibuypower.com/Store/Battalion_101_W150HNQ_Gaming_Laptop Edited March 29, 2011 by Fonger

VaultBoy1O6
Oh, thanks, but it is pretty much a done deal. Plus I needed a small computer that I could do school work on and be able to play games like FNV, FO3, and Oblivion. Back to my original question: So you're pretty sure I'll be able to Run FNV okay even with the processor?
