Mods problem- red diamond of annoyance

So, I recently threw a bunch of mods on Fallout 3 and started a new game. Things are working great, until I get the red diamond+shout pole over all the raiders... but I can still KINDA see their bodies.

Note the hand. And it's not something with ALL NPCs... I went through big town with no problem, and there was a slaver where nothing happened- thus far it's just raiders. All raiders- there are some on top of the bridge that are red diamonds too.

Anyways, I've got Point Lookout & The Pit, and I'm running Wanderer's Edition, Mart's Mutant Mod, Weapon Kits, Fellout & Project Beauty. I assume it's some conflict with Project Beauty, coz I'm pretty damn sure I installed all the textures right. Anyways, here's my file list/load order:

Yes, I understand this. I'm wondering how I fix this.

If you are missing meshes, it means you didn't install something correctly. Go over the installation instructions for each mod you used.

I have. It's just copy/paste it into the data folder. That's it.
