strange problem with CK and xEdit

So has anyone ever had an issue like this or know what could be causing it?

 

I clean my mod plugin of all dirty edits and undeleted references and then the next time I use the CK and save the plugin, it inserts the same edits back into it. The odd thing about this is that it's claiming that most of these records are content that is exclusive to my mod to begin with so there is no master involved that these references are coming from and it's not injecting the FormID into update or skyrim.esm or anything like that, so I dunno what's going on. Each of these cells are from custom world spaces and each of them have no data listed under the headings, just a cell axis and a temporary children sub list with nothing in it. I can't figure out what the deal is.
