FrozenGod86
Suran- Because there are very few inportant chacters there and lots of resouces. So that leaves room to kill all the useless people and take the town to store all your items. That is where all my stuff is. Also i know it may not be a town but Raven Rock (In Bloodmoon) is my other favorite because it has a boat dock for trasportation, and Falco and the carpenders build you a house after all the E.E.C. missions are done.(The house they build is FREAKING AWESOME!) I just think it is great to have a house build just for me!
Marxist ßastard
Bal Isra... Second to that would probably be Gnisis, for the sheer feel of it.
Acoran
I'd have to say Pelagiad. It is just so homey, and comforting. This ignoringt h efact that I NEVEr got there, I just find it small and comforting.
Malchik
I avoid cities. They are full of people who all say the say things to me. Maybe, at a pinch Khuul as there are quite a few interesting sites nearby. I would go back to my family in the Skaal village at the north of Solstheim, but they view me as a renegade since I left to go to Seyda Neen. Now I haunt Daedric ruins, praying to the Daedra and offering them all my wonderous artifacts to ensure my place in the Daedric pantheon when I die! Dradum_Fairoak
I feel privileged to be the first person to suggest Tel Branora. Not there's anything particularly stunning about the city itself, but the mission to kill the six people across the river is particularly awesome, especially as one has in their possession a Dwarven Crossbow, and of course the lady has a glass staff. Cha-ching! On top of that, the dungeon containing a Bonewalker, Flame Atronach and Clannfear is simply quality for lowish-level characters like me who desire a challenge, and the Heart Wall and shiny helmet (I forget the name) is a nice reward at the end of it. PLUS the Queen's chamber and having to levitate to reach it is genius. So all in all, Tel Branora rocks.

almusik
They aren't cities so I don't know if they qualify but I like the ashlander camps, they seem real to me (on the other hand Vivec is a nightmare IMHO). Alberto
loveme4whoiam
I agree with almusik, the xcamps are probably the most realistic "home" for the inhabitants... you get the felling that they really are nomadic. That and Balmora, because that weird wood elf Meldor likes me...
Switch
Hmm probably Caldera for me. Love that Imperial architecture. May be a bit cliche (like every RPG has similar architecture to that) but it still looks nice IMO. :D
