Jazrael
Get ur hands on Oscape to generate Land LOD and TESLODGEN for statics.Make sure you unpack all the contents of ur skyrim texture and mesh BSA's into ur DATA directory as well as the DLC meshes and textures. Ditch CK generation, it's garbage like the guys said. I'm 99% sure Bethesda used an external program to gen their LOD. TESLODGEN generates all the statics for u in one click. Just load it up, tick ur esp, then hit generate. It's as simple as. Probably someone else mentioned this crap, but meh, too lazy to read. Thanks. I was already using Oscape but the terrain textures were black and brown for a snowy terrain. Anyway I used the advice from DDProductions83 and Oscape is once again my weapon of choice. Surjamte
What do you do if your worldspace doesn't show up in the TESLODGEN list? I've got a file for my worldspace in the lodsettings folder. And could you please explain the texture copying trick to fix the brown landscape problem? Are supposed to copy files inside data/textures/landscape or should you copy stuff in textureset inside the creation kit?
Di0nysys
Go to your DATA folder, look into a folder called LODSettings, if it doesn't exist, open up ur Skyrim Meshes BSA and extract the LODSETTINGS folder from there. Then copy Tamriel.lod and rename it to yourworldspace.lod Now u can use oscape to generate land, and TESLODGEN to generate Statics. Make sure the texture, mesh, and DLC texture and mesh folders are entirely unpacked in your directory. Once ur done with both, go back into CK, and go to World > Generate Max Height DATA for World.
