evilneko
I don't know, but it seems to me they're unneeded unless you have a mod that makes nights darker.
drakeelvin
I saw this post the other day and looked inside NVGECK while editing some other stuff. They are both driven by lighting effects, and the effects are different. Whether two lighting effects like that stack I do not know but I think since FOTN is a level 2 perk this is very simple to test. As long as your character is at least level 2 these console commands will work: ~player.modav perception 6player.modav sneak 30player.addperk 165118player.additem 7ea1b 10~ That will add the FOTN perk and 10 Cateye to your character. Wait until nightfall when you see your FOTN kick in then pop some cateye and see what happens. As evilneko said, the effects will vary quite a bit depending if you have any lighting mods installed and currently I'm working on mods so I have none and I can see totally fine in the dark without any perks or drugs I didn't notice any change but I have a wimpy intel video card as well as no lighting/enhanced darkness mods.
