SSS Women not usually warlike patch

In LOOT, all is well in my load order except it displays the following: "This plugin requires "SkyMoMod.esm" to be installed, but it is missing," for the SSS Women not usually warlike patch. Can anyone confirm this? The Nexus page for Skyrim Scaling Stopper does not note anything particular that this patch requires.

I don't think there can be this patch without monster mod. How do I edit levelled lists?
