With that said, I request a mod that removes the puzzle and have the bridge completed already when you enter the room. It's not even a fun puzzle... It's not even a fun puzzle... You're smart if u were able to figure out the "Bridge Puzzle". I couldn't.It has 12 Blocks, which means there's thousands of "possible combinations"---but only 1 is correct.I agree its no fun, adds nothing to Game.If I hadn't found the "solution" in DragonAge Wiki, I'd have missed a huge interesting part of the Game (which begins after you cross that bridge).Anyway, if there's any other dummys like me out there, here's the Solution..... http://dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/A_Test_of_Faith Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The puzzle bridge are a test of puzzle solving skill rather then faith and thus really should guard the entrance to some kind of treasure room instead. Change the area a bit and keep the puzzle room as is but leading to some bonus area with some loot and reward experience for solving the puzzle. Personally I detest "Look up on wiki" puzzles. Make puzzles easier but randomize them a bit instead so it is really worth trying to actually solve. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Tpiom Posted August 1, 2011 Author Share Posted August 1, 2011 I just tried looking at the files, including but not limited to: urn230tr_attach_party, urn230tr_detach_party, urn230ip_bridge_puzzle, urn230tr_bridge_switch but they just made me even more confused... It should be easy as replacing one script (activate bridge) as you get over when you enter the room. It would help out so much. It's so painfully that is it a require for you to move on with the game... And I'm sucky at solving puzzles - and at times you might not have internet connection. amycus Posted August 1, 2011 Share Posted August 1, 2011 Do like me - use the teleportation spell that is available with mod, teleport over the bridge, walk a bit, and the bridge is made whole so your companions can folllow you.
