kiresagara
Our only choices translate to: - I'm incompetent and/or stupid- The mod maker tricked us (does this even happen, seriously?)- The mod's messed up (it can be fixed, duh)- This mod conflicted with another (dumbest reason ever to endorse negatively, imo)- I'm too picky (using the phrase "my high quality standards" strongly implies a mocking tone)- I'm easily offended, and a complete tool Needless to say you don't give us many choices as to why we endorsed negatively, as most of those aren't even real reasons. I suggest giving us an open feedback form similar to the one we use to endorse the file, even if it means a few feelings are hurt in the process (they will get over it). Specific constructive criticism is VERY IMPORTANT and currently the only way to share it is through comments, which get voted down and hidden if they don't agree with the common opinion (aka censorship, the bad kind). Even if you think this thought is irrelevant because you could just send a PM, the choices to negatively endorse are still silly and mocks the endorser, making him/her sound like a complete fool for even thinking about negatively endorsing something. urbex
I agree. When you release a mod to the public you should expect to receive varying feedback. If there's no criticism allowed, then mods will never improve in quality.
JimboUK
Comments that set out issues in a constructive manner don't tend to be voted down especially if others are having the same issue, I've posted plenty of comments raising issues and never had a problem, either another poster suggests something or the author looks into it. Anyway there would have to be countless choices under the thumbs down to cover everything.
