crazydave
In the wonderfull society I live, there's a refund system ;). From what I see on those screenshots, as pretty as it is, I wouldn't pay 800$ for that. The resolution is immense, my monitor is too small for me to play on that. Well, congratulation on the purchase, that card ought to hold you for some two-three years, maybe even four if you don't give it too much importance (graphical speaking). Does the 8800 support dx10?Actully I got the GTS the "cheap" version. It only cost me $400. And yes, The 8800 is the first dx10 card ever made (another reason I decided to splurge). tmx
I recently bought a Geforce 8800GTS. But when I finaly got it I was shocked to find that the damn thing is to big to even fit on a stock Dell board. As it turns out I will need a new board and case to make it fit. I was a saaaaad panda :( . HAHA, if you think that is big, then the 8800gtx is even bigger, its 11inch long. I don't want to be thread stealing so I'm going to post my impression about this card in the other section if anyone want more info.
