threefoldmind Posted September 29, 2015 Author Share Posted September 29, 2015 I'm not sure if this is vanilla or part of one of the (many) mods I have installed, but at the temple of the eight divines in solitude, you should find a tiny note at the empty alcove where the Talos shrine used to be. Reading this note will send you on a quest to find a Talos worship coven headed by (would you believe it) an Altmer priestess. It's not a very complicated quest. In fact, she simply sends you on a reverse fetch mission to spread the word of the coven. Edit: Whoops, I just realized you were asking about quests for the OTHER eight divines. My bad.
