Top Hat

would like to request a black top hat, or whatever other colors one would feel like adding. there was one in FO3 so it might be possible to import it, but i really dont much about geck or blender.

There is a black top hat in the game already, the formal hat that Mortimer wears. You could just retexture that one to suit your tastes.

As Jokerine said there is the tuxedo hat (found on Mortimer in the ultra lux):

I am fashion impaired, but I think the difference with a top hat is the height. I put one together (simple edit) for july 4th, a while back, pic;

And if you want it, I can also restore the original black texture so you'd have at least two variants (and a brown one would be easy as well). BTW don't know if you noticed but the berserker armor is up and running, let me know if it works out for you.
