FCOM Lighting Issues

I've just installed FCOM using the guide on the oblivion mod wiki, loaded a new game and started the tutorial. When I got to the crypts, I noticed strange yellow boxes where I think lighting effects are meant to be. Anyone have any idea what I did wrong? Below is the BOSS Log for the current load.

The BOSS notes and suggestions are there for a reason. Please learn to read them:
