One of the mods is placing something where Ted is so that's probably the conflict.

Try layering the load order as follows as this sometimes negate the problem.

[Fallout main and DLC esms here]

[Any esms that changes the engine such as Caliber, sexual mods, FOOK etc]

[Any esms that changes character appearance]

[Any esms that don't fit the above]

[Any esps that changes the engine such as Better Performance etc]

[Any esps that changes actions the game such as Reactive People, NVR etc]

[Any esps that changes the world such as Fellout, Nevada skies]

[All esps that changes locations]

[All esps that changes companions]

[All esps that adds new equipment]

[Any esps that don't fit the above or need to be loaded last, such as some sexual mods]

I would first start a new game an then use the console, type TMM 1 to show map markers then travel there. See if you can see the disapearing stuff. Some game start ups go smoother. I had one where half of a script menu wasn't even listed. Saves can go corupt an partially corupt too. Then cleaning the mods to remove identical to master records, set delete to disabled, Clean masters, an sort masters, can fix issues like this, though I don't know how to do that with wyre bash, need FNV edit I reckon. Also These cleaning methods will cause the problem you are having on the DLC's, but saving the DLC's causes problems in itself. It's rare that cleaning a player made mod would cause the issue.

You need to find out what is changing the data on those kitchen items. Launch the geck, load FalloutNV.esm, then make your way to the casino kitchen, select all the items that are disapeared, then move them to the left or something. Save that as a temporary test mod, load up the whole load order with your temporary test mod last, open that temporary test mod, then look for the items an click on them which will display which if any mods are changing this data. Then it's a matter of getting another copy of that mod to replace the one that you cleaned, or simply cleaning that mod if you didn't.

I made about 90 seperate fresh installs of Fallout 3 an New Vegas combined. I learned a bunch of stuff doing that. It started out just as you are with the "Big Fancy" load order of all the really great stuff I could find. The ultimate load order if you will. I reckon it's greed that causes it, an we just can't avoid that, it's in our nature. Over time though you see that these larger load orders just don't work well. Heck most larger mods don't work well. You can avoid most of the problems you might run into just by keeping it simple an small or by building it over time. Something you don't know or have forgetted about, is that the most fun game you can play in the fallout world is the vanilla game, because it works so well. Fast paced an rarely ever crashes if at all, an the most important part is that it requires zero amount of work to achive. I'm not saying avoid using mods, but you can use them too much which can often ruin the game from the amount of work required. You could actually be making new mods with the amount of work one needs to do just to use certian mods. I'm just saying if you get to that point, it's time to just play the vanilla game non-stop for a few weeks, lol.
