Groovatron

Yesterday I started a new character for the first time in a very long time. Everything went fine. Except that the Groovatron won't load. I tried again today. Went through Doc Ms again. But still no Groovatron. I've tried reinstalling it. Clean saves with/without it etc. My old saves/characters still have it at full functionality.

Z doesn't work either. I can move dead bodies around - but not live NPCs.

Any ideas?

Was the Groovatron added to your inventory as you're about to leave Doc's? Do you have the Groovy Coin in your inventory?

If not, try adding them through the console. I don't have it installed right now so I don't know what the codes are >.<

 

You have to have the Groovy Coin in order for the Z- grab and other NVSE functions to work. So as long as your NVSE is installed, adding the coin should make that work again.

The Groovatron was not added as I left Doc M. I tried adding it via console but it did not work very well. It was only the weapon - which I never use anyway. I'll look through FNVedit and find the codes for the Groovatron AND the coin. I was not aware of the coin holding that functionality. Just wondering why it wasn't added automatically. I never had that issue before.

Closing this thread. I added the Coin and settings using Console. And it works beautifully now. I am still wondering why it did not load automatically. But........ :sleep:
