Game freezes and crashes after creating finish creation of new character.

I am not sure what is going on, the game has been working fine for awhile now and I choose to make a new game, and somehow soon as after I choose my op for normal or hardcore mode, it freezes and crashes...

Have you tried applying the memory patch for NVSE? Maybe try load order sorting, if not sure how to do this, use LOOT.

I do not think its a memory problem, I use to have a lot more in the game and I can load every old save I have just unable to start a new game what is strange..

I do not know what it was, I did fix the problem how ever I uninstalled the game, deleted all the files, reinstalled and redownloaded the mods. it seems to work fine now but I am not sure what cause the problem.
