The torso showing up in 1st person has to do with the naming of that part of the model. The fallout engine doesn't render niTriShapes/Strips that start with the keyword UpperBody (by design), however if they are renamed something else like arms it will. So it might be as simple as renaming that node.I remember this I meant to have a go at fixing it. The ranger civ outfits have the arms and torso in the one part. So if you call it upperbody the arms disappear in first person but if you leave it as arms then you have that clipping appearing.
