So I tried it and I can tell some things are messed up. When I try the alternative start, if I go to sleep it CTD. I also do not have the FWE option item in my pipboy. Any thoughts?

I never used the alternate start, so I can be of no help there. However, the option menu will not appear until after you enter the wasteland.

Dang. When I have a little more time ( collaborators at the field site just came in) I'll try an normal start. Otherwise my only other guess is that I messed up the install order for the mods (overwrote something I realllllly shouldn't have). Do you know of an order for installing the mods I have, or a resource that explains that a little bit. I have been trying to find one and all I have found so far are other people saying that a list of when to install would be useful lol.

I would install FWE, Craft and Calibr first with the others in no particular order. You will then have to install the compatibility patches.

Because of the number of patches required for WMK, MMM, RH, I have never used them. If a mod requires a patch to make it compatible with one I am using, I will pass on it.

I have not tried the FWE combat overhaul.

Ah understood. From what I have been running into I can see why haha! Alright, I'll try a few more things to tackle this beast, but may just end up severely cutting the number of things I use. I guess a final question for now, when you load things into FOMM, you only load the folders that would go into the data file, not higher folders in the download right (so if you download mod X, and it had a folder called mod x, would you load that, or would you go inside mod x and load only the textures folder?)

When using FOMM Package Manager, you would click on "Add FOMod" and navigate to the location of the .7z file. Activate it by following the on-screen prompts. You don't have to extract or open the downloaded file unless you were to manually install it.

FOMM has a ReadMe that will help you. You should read it.
