then most likely you are either missing a master file or a patch file for one of your mods

You're going to have to go back and read the description pages for each one of your mods and make sure you didn't miss installing another mod they need or a patch file to make 2 mods work together. One of the mods I know that needs a patch file for many other mods is Realistic Needs and Diseases, IE: pure waters, drinking fountains of skyrim, Frostfall, and so on...

here is my own load order so you can see what I am talking about how load order works and the patches i was talking about

http://pastebin.com/QGbA0h3h

some of the patches i was refferring to are located at lines 76 - 80 - for that one mod i have to use 5 patch files so that it will work with all 5 other mods, below

49 RND_Dawnguard-Patch.esp
4A RND_HearthFires-Patch.esp
4B RND_Dragonborn-Patch.esp
4C RND_DrinkingFountains-Patch.esp

4D RND_PureWaters-Patch.esp

notice also how I kept the patch files in the same order as the DLC's - a lot of people miss this and then wonder why they have problems with a "perfect" load order

ok try moving these files like I have them on my load order, don't worry if you don't have all of the same files i do

http://snag.gy/spMq8.jpg

The reason you want all the SKYre files at the bottom is because SKYre is an overhaul mod, so all other files EXCEPT the Reproccer, SKYui, Followers, and the bashed patch should be above it.

Skyui should be where I have it because it is a mod management mod, so once again all other files should be above it EXCEPT the Reproccer and the bashed patch.

so do all the overhaul mods go on the bottom or just skyre?

UGH! you NEVER clean the DLC, N E V E R!

NEVER ever clean any of the vanilla files, ugh!

I'm still unsure about that. I get the logic of why not but the STEP project, a few modders and a few youtube ppl that explain skyrim modding recommend to do it (gopher, gamerpoets, etc.)

From personal testing I haven't seen any difference, others say that dawnguard crashes less, but then again I can't get my skyrim to run anyway.

Example: http://wiki.step-project.com/Dawnguard scroll a bit and you see the recommend to clean it twice actually.

In any case, try without cleaning the DLCs, make sure it works then you can play around and see if there's any difference.
