Now I have had a similar situation in FO3. But I was able to fix it by disabling one of the mods. I have tried it here but with no luck. Anyone know what might be causing this issue?

I had a similar problem, try dragging the Groovatron to the bottom of your load order. I also found that the BNB compatibility skeleton messed with facial expressions, including eyes.

Unfortunately, neither of these worked.

Have you tried disabling the pose mods? they're the ones most likely to do something like this. I'd also try toggling TLIK off and on to see if that wakes it up.

Apologies for the late response, but these methods have not fixed my issue. And it's really compromising some comics I'm making.
