west63
When I first started playing oblivion my save files were 1.28 mb. Now they are gitting up to 18.4 mb. I have about 470 hr in the game. I have about 40 mods installed. Has anyone else had this problem. Any help would be very much appreciated.

ninja_lord666
Save games naturaly get bigger as you get more items, find more locations, start and finish more quests, etc. However, 18.4 is quite large...mine are about 3.56. Maybe you should check the sites Abramul mentioned...I didn't read them :P
west63
Thanks Abramul for the link. and yes I do have get wet. Null refs are items dropped or placed in the game world that are instances of objects from a mod that has since been removed. (E.g. "Mega Awesome.esp" might add "Mega Awesome Swords" to bandits. If one of those is lying on the ground in some dungeon and then "Mega Awesome.esp" is removed, then the sword lying on the ground becomes a null ref.) Did you download wrye Bash and use the Remove Bloat command?
