First, I suggest you switch to SeveNBase, because even though it is less-used by modders to create new armors and followers, it has plenty of benefits too. Its definitely my favorite of the replacers. Secondly, when installing a new body mod, I typically restart everything. That is just the way my mind works though.

For you, I would suggest you pay attention to where on your load order (Plugins list) the CBBE body mod is. After uninstalling CBBE, be sure to move UNP or whichever body you choose, to the exact same spot that CBBE was in. Also be sure that all armor mods relevant to CBBE are gone or are replaced by UNP armors (or armors that fit the body type of your choice). While armor mods don't typically cause CTD, they will cause irritating clipping errors and believe me, it will get to you after awhile.

Most CTDs are caused by mod incompatibility or load order issues.

I would take the precaution of having a new save just in case something goes wrong, however, in my experience, you should not have anything go wrong as long as your load order is sound. When starting Skyrim, you may get a message that says, "This save relies on content that is no longer available. Do you still wish to continue?" and you would click "Yes". More often than not, you will just be loaded into your game and the body mod should be active with no issues.

It should be noted that on rare occasions the save can become "corrupted" and you will need to start over which is why I suggest that you have a new save on standby. Other than that though, I don't foresee any other problems.

Good luck to you and be sure to let me know how you make out!

Something to note: it has been my experiance that many UNP armor mods require BBP &/or HDT to work... so be sure you have the proper skeletons and HDT if required when using UNP armors... otherwise you will CTD upon loading armor...

The proper skeleton is pretty much the same for CBBE and UNP as long as you don't use the BBP or HDT physics. If you don't need the bouncing body parts, then you should follow my instructions. If you DO want bouncing body parts, you will need FNIS + HDT Physics Extension + XPMS - XP32 Skeleton (DO NOT install a BBP skeleton with HDT so only pick one!) + an HDT or BBP compatible armor set for the body type you require. If you plan to do ALL of that, I recommend you just start over.

If you want to just replace the armor mod though then you can just download this one, http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/7305/?

Thanks for your reply I'm sorry I didn't replied faster I was a bit busy. I decided to stick with CBBE because I finally figure out how to use bodyslide so the outfit match my character body it was pretty simple (lol) I also found a nice body texture.

I consider my game pretty stable for the amount of mods I have installed but I still get random CTD once in a while when loading a game save, in this case I usually close the game (of course), close MO, launch Mo and then load my save and everything work (lol). I don't really understand what cause this I guess it might be some orphan script left from mod... it happen such randomly with no pattern or anything so yea...

I did follow a tons of tutorial on how to make skyrim more stable such as "Anatriax guide" and it work out pretty well compare to when I first start modding skyrim with only 5 mod ctd lol.
